  6. Mix 1 tablespoon soften butter, 1 egg, 1/4 cup milk, 2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  7. Put mixture on slightly baked bread pudding
  8. Bake for 45 more minutes
  9. Should be crispy once done and soft on the bottom
