  1. First cut the sides of bread & press the roller
  2. Roast the moong daal in hot pan on lower flame, after it is roasted take it out. after it is cooled, crush it.
  3. Chop kaaju and almond & roast them.
  4. Put 1 tbsp oil in hot pan & put all spices & then mix roasted kaaju, almond, daal, salt to taste & kishmish. Mash all of them to make a mixture..
  5. Put the mixture in each bread & Roll it.
  6. Fry it until it gets light brown & serve it with chutney.
