  1. Mix the flour sugar salt and baking powder. Then add the oil and the milk slowly I also added a spoonful of minced garlic. Mix the dough and make a ball and leave aside in a bowl for 30mins. Cover this with a tea towel.
  2. Then knead the dough for a while and using a rolling pin roll it out. Then spread cold water on the dough. Put the wet side on to the chapatti pan then sprinkle onion seeds. Let this heat for a minute then turn the pan over onto the gas cooker and let this cook you will see the naan bread getting slightly brown and it comes off the pan.
