Chicken Bhuna Masala is delish curry which is not only very easy to prepare even its very tasteful also. You can serve this dish to your guests also with chapati Cut chicken into small pieces. In a pan heat clarified butter and sauté ginger and garlic paste. When color begins to change, add chicken and sauté.

- At first,take flour and salt in a plate.
- Then,add sugar,baking powder,and amul curd on the flour.
- Now,mix all of them
- Then,add water as per need for the making of dough.
- Mix all of them and knead it for some time.
- Next,make a soft dough.
- After that,keep the dough for 5hr
- Now,make a log and cut into big and equal slices.
- Then,take slices and roll it by rolling pin with some flour.
- Then,the circle sheet will be thick then the normal sheet.
- Next,spread chop coriander leaves,kasuri methi,green chill and onion seeds on the circle sheet.
- Press all of them on the sheet by rolling pin and stick all the ingredient on the sheet.
- Put a tawa on the oven
- Heat it and put the circle sheet.
- Roast the circle sheet from both side.
- Then,drizzle some oil around the edges and the center.
- Allow to cook untill the edges leave the pan.
- Flip it to the other side.
- Press down the edges with a spatula

- Bhuna chicken:take chicken pieces and wash it.
- Then,add all type masala powder and paste.
- Now,mix all the masala and salt with the chicken
- Next,add mustard oil and hand crush kasuri methi with the chicken.
- Then,cut the onion tomato and garlic
- Add chop onion with the marinate chicken.
- Then,keep it for 20 min with mix garlic paste.
- Then put mustard oil in pan and tempt it.
- Add dry chill in oil.
- Then add onion,tomato and potato in oil.
- Now saute it on oil in pan with salt.
- Then,add marinate chicken in oil with tomato and onion.
- Saute it with a spatula during 10 min.
- Then,add water with the chicken.
- Then,mix, saute the chicken and boil it.for boiling u can add more water.
- Lastly,after boil the curry will dry.
- Ready the chicken bhuna masala and kulcha
- Serve it in a plate.
