- Now dip pieces one by one in milk mixture and take out immediately and coat once again with flour mixture. Repeat the procedure with all pieces and keep a side
- Now take a deep wok and heat oil into it
- Now deep fry coated chicken pieces till light golden and take out. Keep in strainer.
- When all pieces fried once. Deep fry them again for few minutes till golden brown color achieved.
- Take out and keep in strainer so that extra oil drained well
- Serve with French fries, buns and chilli garlic sauce
