- Prepare 1 tablespoon butter
- Get 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- Prepare 1 capsicum cut in roundels or long strips

- Get 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Make ready 1 pinch brown sugar
- Make ready 1 teaspoon chicken masala
- Make ready 1 cup Amul cream
- Make ready to taste salt
While chicken grills, make White BBQ Sauce. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Arrange the chicken, skin side down, on the hottest area of the grill. Grill until seared and golden brown and Move the chicken to the cooler part of the grill and brush with barbecue sauce.
Instructions to make Grilled Chicken In White Pepper Sauce:
- Pat the chicken pieces dry to remove excess water. Place the chicken in a large bowl. now put everything mentioned under marination and mix to combine well with chicken pieces.
- Now marinate chicken breasts (cut in half, length wise) for at least 2 hours.
- I grilled chicken pieces in a non-stick pan. Place the chicken pieces on the grill, being careful not to overlap them. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the juices run clear. - You can also grill them in the oven also at 220 degree C for 12-15 minutes.Take them out or switch off the gas when the top is browned and the chicken looks cooked.
- Remove the grilled chicken pieces from the pan and allow the chicken to rest before serving.
- Now we will prepare Cream Pepper Sauce. For this heat a pan. Add butter and then onion and capsicum. saute onion for few seconds and then add crushed pepper, chicken masala, garlic paste, brown sugar, salt, tomato paste. Give it a mix putting little water.
- At last pour Amul cream. Give it a mix. Cover it, for seasoning and after few seconds it is done.
- Arrange chicken pieces on serving plate. Pour the pepper cream sauce and serve with Toast, Garlic bread or parantha.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Serve the chicken with the lettuce and sprinkled with the pepper sauce. This sauce is very tasty, and pretty healthy especially if you use low-fat/lite sour cream and cream cheese. I don't have a grille, so I use my George Forman. Often with the GFG, chicken comes out a little burnt if you use a sauce/marinade directly on the meat.this sauce is spooned on after the meat.
