When you try to make them at home they turn out to be like a thick stuffed paratha, but the store bought ones are super thin and soft. I was not sure how they do it.

  1. Take a bowl put flour,salt,ghee,turmeric,mix,up with the palms to make dough pour water as need once dough prepared apply ghee rest for 20mins
  2. Rinse dal wisely then transfer pressure cooker cook 3 whistles then drain the dal
  3. Once water went out put into blender add jaggery,cardom powder make fine paste..then transfer stuff into thick bottom pan keep mix up in a medium flame add half cup 5 mins it should thick dough kind
  4. Take flour batter in a needed amount press then fold nicely again role with the roller
  5. These puran poli is ready to fri place the poli on tavva fri both sides add ghee once it get brown patches then take out pour ghee on top ready to serve
