- First of all, Take a bowl, Add Maida and sieve the maida well
- After sieving it, Add Pinch of salt and sugar and mix all well
- Now add baking powder and baking soda…Mix all well
- Gradually add curd into the maida mixture and make a dough…Add the curd gradually and Make a clean Dough
- After making dough, take few drops of ghee or oil or butter into your hand and apply it on the dough and cover the dough with any wet cloth
- Keep the dough mixture for 2 or 3 hrs…And after 2 or 3 hrs, Take the dough from the bowl and Knead it again
- After kneading again, Now make a small balls of maida dough
- Take another tin, Grease it well with butter or ghee…And then put the Small dough balls in the tin
- And brush with them with milk aur curd and Spread Saunf seeds over them
- In last, Pre heat the OTG for 15 minutes before placing the tin
- After Heating the OTG, Place the tin into OTG for baking them for 20-30 minutes
- After baking them for 20 to 30 minutes, Remove them fromm OTG and keep them in plate and Grease it well with ghee over them
- Serve with Aloo tikki, Any veggie, Or make burgers or Pav bhaji or you can have it with tea ❤☕
