Steps to make Kulcha and chole:
- First of all we will mix all the ingredients of kulcha in a kneading plate and knead the atta one night before we can add water as per need and place it overnight at normal temperature to prune.
- Over night soak kabuli chana place in pressure cooker to cook for half an hour.
- Side by side we will place pan on gas and place mustard oil in it allow to heat properly and then first place hing in it as we know kabuli chana digest slowly so hing help in digestion and then place the grated onion and allow it to cook for 5 min then place ginger garlic paste as well as tomato puree and turmeric and salt now allow all this cook properly until it leave the oil on the side of pan.
- Now place masala in the cooker which already contain boiled chane mix it properly and add the chole masala allow it cook once again until one while blow put of the flame.
- Now we will make stuffing of kulcha finely chopped all ingredients except paneer and then mix all ingredients in paneer and mash it properly now our stuffing is ready.
- Now we will take one inch of Atta and place some stuffing in it and place on dry pan and then place a lid on it and allow it to cook on one side and then open the lid and then cook on other side and once it is cooked take it out and place butter on it.
- Now you can enjoy ur yummy breakfast of kulche and chole serve it hot.
