  1. Make ready 5-6 roties/chapati
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup boiled Sweet Corn and seeds peeled out
  3. Make ready 1 Onion finely Chopped
  4. Prepare 1-2 Green Chilies chopped
  5. Make ready 2 tsp fresh Coriander leaves chopped
  6. Get 1/2 spoon Fennel seeds powder (Saunf)
  7. Take 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds powder (Jeera powder)
  8. Get pinch hing / asafoetida
  9. Prepare to taste Salt
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  12. Make ready 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  13. Take 2 tsp raw Wheat flour for binding
  14. Get as needed Oil

Instructions to make Corn samosa:
  1. Take a Pan and add 2-3 tablespoon oil.
  2. Once the oil heats up add Cumin seeds and let it change it's color to brown.
  3. Add onion to the oil and Saute it to turn light pink.
  4. Now add corn to it and continue to Saute on high flame.
  5. Once the water evaporates and it gets saute well add Cumin seeds powder, Fennel seeds powder (saunf), red chilli powder, hing, garam masala and salt.
  6. Mix it well and mix until all spices get mixed and get absorbed in corn. - Finally turn off the flame and let it cool down
  7. Preparing Samosa
  8. Mix 2-3 spoon water to raw wheat flour and make it a paste which will be used to stick samosa
  9. Cut the roti in two pcs and remove the side round curve to get exact shape of Samosa Patti.
  10. Fill 1 spoon of stuffing and fold the patti to get triangle shape of Samosa.
  11. Now keep a Pan add 2 big spoon of oil and Shallow fry the samosa both the side on high flame. Serve it hot with green chili.
