Take a bowl and add mash potato, paste of boil corns, capsicum, tomato, onion, chilli 1, ginger paste, coriander, lemon juice half, boil corn (the pieces apart from paste), haldi, chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala (everything 1/2 tbsp), salt as per taste, 2 spoon corn flour, besan 2 spoon, bread crumbs 4 spoon, and mix all welly.
  4. Take some oil in palm and take the mixture and shape into cutlet and keep on doing it until finish and then deep fry the cutlets until golden brown.
