- Take a mixing bowl, add besan, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder,salt & oil.
- Add water slowly slowly, mix it well b, make a lil thick batter.
- Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
- Cut roti into 4 pcs.
- Moderate the flame, dip one by one roti pcs into the besan, deep fry it till light brown. Do not over cook it.
- Take out on a tissue so that extra oil is absorbed.
- Plate it b, serve it with some salad & chutney or a dip.
- Good for evening snacking..
