- Invert the tawa and cook on direct heat until brown spots appear.
- Turn the tawa back and cook the roti for another 30 seconds. Remove it from the tawa. Apply ghee on top(optional)and serve hot.
Same method of sticking water applied side to the cooker walls. Once it starts to puff, invert the cooker to smoke it. Later take out and cook properly over flame to ensure even cooking.
