- Take a kneading plate add flours, salt, hand crushed carrom seeds.
- Mix it add water and knead the soft dough. Cover it and Keep aside.
- Take a mixing bowl grate Potatoes, add chopped green Chilli and ginger, salt, dry mango powder.
- Along with crushed fennel seeds, red chilli powder, coriandor powder.
- Mix it stuffing is ready. Get all ingredients for kulcha ready.
- Apply oil in hand knead the dough. Make equal sized balls. Roll it in the size of puri.
- Place the stuffing on it. Seal the puri. Get extra dough cut. And make nice stuffed sealed dough ball. In same way get all stuffed balls ready.
- Apply oil stick the Onion seeds and rosemary on it. Take one ball on flat surface roll the kulcha with soft hand.
- Heat up the griddle /tava on Medium flame. Placed the roll kulcha on tava. Half cook one side flip it to another side let it half cook. Now take kulcha on the direct heat.
- Roast it from both the sides. Crunchy crispy kulcha is ready.
