- Cutt left over roti into small piece's
- Heat oil in pan, add onion and fry untill color changes.
- Now add tomatoes, and cook until tender
- Now add spices and bonify the masala
- Now add water and boil it.
- Now add pieces of left over roti and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. And then 5 minutes on high flame.
- When water dries 95%, it's done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Serve
