- Off the flame when cooked and garnish with coriander leaves

- Take small portion of dough and roll a roti
- Add the keema stuff in the middle of the roti and top with egg
- Wrap it well,make sure egg wont leak from corner
- Shallow fry it adding oil and butter
- Serve it cutting into half
