  1. Prepare 1 bowl Maida
  2. Prepare 1 bowl Aata
  3. Take 1 Tsp Salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  5. Prepare 3 tbsp Oil
  6. Prepare Milk to knead dough
Instructions to make Rumali Roti:
  1. Take a bowl. Mix aata and Maida. Add salt and baking powder. Mix well.
  2. Add oil. Knead dough with milk. Make a soft dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
  3. Knead again for 2 to 3 min. Apply oil.
  4. Take some dough. Make a ball. Roll it very thin. Roll till it is transparent.
  5. Take an aluminum Kadhai. Keep it upside down on gas. Heat. When it is hot put ROTI on it. Flip ROTI. Press with a cloth. Take immediately.
  6. Fold it. - - Enjoy☺
