- Thwn rest flour to 1 hour
- Make a ball of knwad flour make round roti apply ghee tgen again roll it like ane side inverted

- Then add green coriander metho and hara lehsan and chilli on top
- Then sprinkle red chilli
- Then roll it again with light hands
- Put it in hot tawa
- Then cover it with lid let cook it from voth sides
- After put it in plate apply ggee butter or oil whatever u want
- Then if u want to apply ggee on tawa u can also do it
- Ur kulcha parayha is ready
