- Presuure Cook soaked choles. Oil roast onion, tomato and grinde to paste in mixer along with chole masale, coriander, cumin seeds and tamrind pulp. Oil roast cooked choles and add onion tomato paste, add salt and bring it to boil. Chole is ready.
