- Whisk the egg and 2 tbsp milk so as to make the egg wash, then brush over your dough pieces generously
- Bake them in the meddle section of a 200 degree celcius preheated oven for 15 minutes
- Gently remove them and place on one end of a clean towel on a rack. cover them with the other side of the towel and allow to cool
- Serve as a tea item and enjoy
