The ingredients needed to make Chhole Kulcha:
  1. Get 1 cup Raw chana
  2. Take Pinch hing
  3. Prepare 2 Green chillies
  4. Take 1 tsp mustard oil
  5. Prepare to taste Salt
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera
  7. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Steps to make Chhole Kulcha:
  1. Soak Chana overnight. Rinse it in fresh water. Now cook it in 2 cups of water for couple of minutes with pinch of salt and turmeric.
  2. Heat some mustard oil in different pan. Add Jeera to the oil along with hing(if you prefer) and chppoed green chillies. Wait till the jeera gets dark in colour.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, green chilli(cut). Mix it well. Leave for a minute and add cooked chana to it. Mix the mixture well. Now add a cup of water and let evaporate.
  4. Chana Masala is ready.
  5. Optional: Add half tomato and onion chopped to the chana masala along with half spoon chaat masala.
