- Not u can make in tandoor by wetting one side of kulcha with little water to stick it or gas oven tandoor no need to wet the side facing you. Can make on ordinary tawa roast all sides on flame.
- I serve with dal makhni and pork with onion,green chilli,raita it's yummy to serve.
