  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water mixed with sugar and salt.
  2. Once frothed up make a dough with maida and milk powder - apply oil and keep aside for an hour to double.
  3. Once the dough doubles punch nicely it for 5-7 minutes - Roll it and make the base for kulcha - I made in a rectangular pan - Can be made round too
  4. Put paneer & onion topping over it and bake in a pre heated oven for 10-15 minutes or till done at 180degrees
  5. Serve as it is or with green chutney or ketchup - - Can be given in tiffin too
  6. Marinate Paneer cubes in hung curd, add grated garlic, chopped onions, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, salt and dried oregano or green coriander leaves
  7. Keep paneer in marination for 20 minutes
  8. Fry it in a non- stick pan or tawa for giving crispness and colour to paneer cubes
  9. Paneer tikka kulcha is a nice idea for weekend breakfast
