- Take Dough
- Make ready 2 cup flour
- Make ready 2 tsp instant yeast
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions to make Rose Rolls:
- Add all ingredients of dough except milk, mix well then knead with warm milk.
- set the dough aside, let it rise for two hours, then knead again
- make small balls of dough and leave aside untill u make filling.
- heat oil in a pan, stir in flour, add milk, season with origano, salt & pepper, add spring onion stir it then mix boiled & shredded chicken. Filling is ready.
- roll each ball, spoon a tabledpoon of fillin in between, and make roses following the steps in the pictures.
- brush with egg yoke to give color(optional)
- bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
