  1. Dough :-mix all ingredients in a bowl & Knead a soft firm dough by adding water little by little.
  2. Filling :-mix all infredients in a bowl & mix well
  3. Now take dough & roll in to 2 inch size
  4. Take some filling & stuff inside & cover carefully.
  5. Now roll it again slowly & make medium size kylch.
  6. Now put a pan on medium flam & put 1 kulcha on it..
  7. Cover with lid & cook for 2-3 min.
  8. Turn & cook again for 2min..
  9. Kulcha is ready.
