- After 2 to 3hrs again knead the dough and make medium sized balls.
- Dough balls roll it into a 4-5inches diameter.
- Then place the potato mixture in the centre of the dough.
- Close the edges and bring them at the centre.
- Press the dough slightly, then turn over the other side.
- Gently roll it for using rolling pin, just like a paratha
- On a hot thawa stuffed the kulcha. Turn over the other side, it's partially cooked each side.
- Add the ghee or oil in each side, 3 to 4 times flip the kulcha. Cook for 2minutes.
- Press the edges for using spatula, both sides are became brown in colour.now kulcha is ready to serve
- Roasted delicious aloo kulcha is ready
- Add 1/2 teaspoon butter and spread it.
- U can serve chanamasala or any other Curries..here i just simply use the masala curd to dip the kulcha…
