Steps to make Aloo Paneer Kulcha:
  1. For Dough- Take mixer bowl put flour,semolina,baking powder, baking soda mix all dry ingredients well.than add yogurt,pinch of salt and prepare a dough with help of desi ghee and water.Make soft elastic dough.rest in 10 minutes for fermentation.
  2. For filling- Take mixer bowl add boiled peeled grated potatoes and paneer than add all masalas,chilli,ginger,mix well.
  3. Making kulcha- Take ball size of dough,roll it and put filling 2 tbsp..Seal it properly than sprinkle kalonji on one side than roll very light hands.and make kulcha shape.
  4. Than take hot pan or tawa..apply water on one side of kulcha,Place the kulcha on hot pan (wet side)cover it for a minute than apply water on other side of kulcha and cooked both side.
