Enchiladas from my real, live Mexican great uncle. My mom has made these enchiladas for decades, and I feel I have been commissioned to pass them on to you. The fastest enchiladas in the west! Vegetarian enchiladas with avocado and tomato sauce = Enchiladas Bandera!
Steps to make Enchiladas:
- Take kne pan and add ajwain.. let sprinkle it. After it add cut vegetables and let cook it.. no need to cook so well..
- I used refried beans so take one pan add some water and boiled it after that add green chilli and garlic and salt then add refried beans.. make the batter tht you can see in below pic.
- Make a dough from above ingredients and roll a rotli.
- In one pan take lil oil and add small cuts onion 🧅 and capcium.. and then add salt red chilli powder also add California chilli and garlic and enchiladas sauce after then add tomato purée and add some water.. and then add corn flour peast.. and make thicker sauce as you can see it in below image..
- Everything is ready..
- Do the enchiladas like this.. take one roti uper put little beans stuffing and than vegetables stuffing and put some cheese and then make roll and put it in one plate..
- Add that enchiladas sauce which we see in above poc. Then Put some green onion and cheese and olive and jelopenio.. and microwave it for 2 minutes.
Spoon over the remaining enchilada sauce and top with. Garlic cloves slip right out of their papery skin with a good whack from the broad side of a knife. ohhhhh mama. gimme all the Enchiladas Verdes. You know, the Tex-Mex girl in me just has to have a good enchilada now and then. But boy, they can really be unhealthy. Just before serving, garnish the enchiladas with fresh coriander.
