  1. Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Drizzle both sides of the steak with olive oil, spreading with your fingers and season well with the salt and pepper
  2. Cook the steaks on one side for a few minutes until brown, turn over and repeat and then remove steak from pan and set aside
  3. Add the wine into the hot pan stirring for 1 minute to reduce slightly. Stir in the pasta sauce, chilli flakes and oregano.
  4. Place the steaks back into the pan, reduce the heat and cook for a further 5 minutes, turning once only.
  5. Plate up steaks, smothering them in the sauce and serve with vegies and hot dinner rolls to mop the sauce up
