- Take 2 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make Besan ke chillay (Desi pancakes):
- Strain besan in a bid bowl and take out 3tbsp besan in a small bowl (for topping)
- In big bowl besan add 1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp salt, baking powder, dahi, 1/2tsp zeera powder, 1/2tsp haldi and 1/2tsp garam masala powder
- Add water and mix till a medium consentency like pancakes. Keep covered for 20min or more
- In smaller bowl besan add 1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp red crushed chillies, salt, zeera powder, 1/2tsp garam masala, qasuri methi, lemon juice, crush dhania and some chopped dhania it should be of reddish colour so if required add little food colour.
- Make it medium thick paste for topping by adding little water
- Beat or whip with spoon both the besan.
- Take a nonstick pan grease with little oil in center.
- With a spoon pour a small amount of besan on it just like we make pancakes. Flame should be low
- Turn the side when firm and light brown it takes few seconds, don't overcook them.
- After 4sec when it's seems little firm put the topping with a small spoon and spread. Put the onions, green chillies and dhania on it
- When it's little set turn (palat dein) it with fork or spoon and cook till done.
- It takes little time to cook
- Serve with any chutney or raita. They are so tasty do try it. Can be eaten at tea time also.
