  3. Take a portion in hand and flatten on on a damp cloth. Press and spread like a thick chapatti.
  4. Brush some ghee on a heated Tawa/ griddle and cook evenly from both sides on medium flame.
  5. Serve hot with a tsp of ghee and any veggie.
