  1. In the warm milk, add the yeast and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add the flour, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, garlic, bellpeppers, carrots, peas, sesame seeds and black seeds along with oil and coriander and parsley and give it all a good mix.
  3. With the help of your hands, knead the dough with the yeast milk and set it to rise in a warm place for about an hour. In the meanwhile, prepare the loaf pan by greasing it.
  4. When the dough is done, put it into the greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Let this sit in a warm place for a second round of rising for about 20 minutes. In the meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°.
  5. Bake this bread for about 20 - 25 mins or till well baked through. Cut through the bread only after it has completely cooled down to get perfect slices. For a glaze, brush some butter over the surface. Serve it with salads or enjoy alongside soups.
