  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilli

  6. Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Take 1/8 tsp turmeric powder

  11. Take As needed Butter
  12. Prepare As required Green chutney
  13. Get 1 Onions
  14. Get 1/2 Green chillies
Steps to make Masala Bhakri:
  1. Take jowar flour in a mixing bowl, add finely chopped green chilli & crushed garlic to it.
  2. Now add chopped mint, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  3. Then add salt and oil to the flour and knead it into a soft dough using water.
  4. Now make 3 equal balls out of the dough and flatten it with your hands using some flour.
  5. Now on a hot tawa place the bhakri, and apply water on the uncooked side and then flip the bhakri and cook water side down.
  6. Serve the bhakri hot with some butter, green chutney and onions.
