  5. Now put it in a hot pan and cook on very low heat for 3 mins on each side.
  6. Keep pressing the top with a cloth.
  7. Keep flipping and keep cooking till brown spots appear on top.
  8. Remove it and cool it down completely.
  9. Store in a air tight container.
  10. Serve with masala tea
