  1. In a large mixing bowl and all sprouts, cucumber, capsicum, tomatoes, mint and coriander leaves, green chilies and raw mango and toss them lightly.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and chaat masala. Mix well.
  3. Take wheat flour in vessel, add salt,ghee,oil,jeera and mix well.
  4. Add water as required and knead hard dough.
  5. Take the lemon sized ball and tool it into a cricle on rolling pin.
  6. On Medium slow flame roast bhakri evenly on both sides.
  7. Serve with buttermilk and red chilli pickle.
