  1. Knead a dough, mix wheat flour and maida. Add salt and 2 tsp of oil. Mix it well.
  2. Now add salt, curd, baking soda and baking powder. Add water as required.
  3. Prepare normal dough, not very soft nor very hard. Apply some oil on it and put wet cloth on it. Let it rest for 1-2 hours.
  4. Now make naan. Apply water on one side with fingers or brush.
  5. Heat the tawa, now put water side part on tawa. Put low flame. Once bubbles comes up then switch flame to high and flip the tawa towards the flame, cook it properly from all sides, hold tawa properly and keep moving it so all sides that the heat reaches evenly.
  6. Now with knife or spatula, take out the naan. Apply butter on it.
  7. Serve hot with sabji or daal.
