- Wash and rinse the nuts, remove dirt and wash again. Set aside and peel the sweet potatoes.
- Cube the potatoes and wash, set aside as well. - In a blender, add the nuts, potatoes, ginger, dates (dabino) and blend until soft. Use a cheesecloth/muslin to squeeze out the milk.
