  2. Air tight jar main rise hone rakh dain 1-2 hour
  3. Flour rise ho jaye toh flour powder sprinkl kerke ache se knead kerlain
  4. Medium size ke paire bana lain.. jub paire bana lain toh 15 min ke leah cover kerke rakh dain
  5. Pairon ko bail lain aur ek small seprate bowl main water rakh lain.. jub roti bail lain toh hath ki madad se pani apply karain pori baili hoi roti per ache se pani lagain
  6. Jub pani laga lain toh tawy per dal dain aur taway ko ulta kerdain roti pholne lage gi.. tawe ko pehle se garam per rakhna hai.. jub tawa ulta karain toh roti saikh lain.. pori sekh jaye toh ek dum flat spoon se ya chimte se slow slow kerke nikal lain
  7. Jub tawe se roti nikal lain toh spread coriandr leave ya black seed phir oil ya butter se grease kerlain..
  8. Serve with quorma,karahi,alo gosht😊😊 enjoy
