  1. Take a pan add oil.. Add crushed garlic saute until it turns to golden brown
  2. Add hing onions and ginger paste and saute for 3-4mins
  3. Now add tomatoes and saute for 2-3mins and cover it for 1-2mins
  4. Now add all the Masala's and salt to taste..add buttermilk and coriander and mix it and let it boil for 3-4mins..
  5. Then add crumbled bhakri and mix it properly and cover the lid for 2-3mins..
  6. Your LaSoOni BhAkri is ready to serve..
  7. Take in bowl garnish with onion rings and coriander….
  8. And serve Garamagaram…
