  1. First roast some cashew in ghee and set them aside.Then add cauliflower florets and potatoes to the pan. Fry them for a 10 - 15 minutes.

When they start to crackle put onion layers and fry them till onion become golden pink, then add finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped ginger and chopped capsicum. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.

Then finally add water and salt for the required consistency and taste.
