- In a bowl add enough water and mix the besan flour. In kadai pour some oil, add chopped Onion, salt and fry. After the Onion comes to golden brown in colour, add the besan mix and add 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chilli powder and saute till the raw smell goes. Now it is Ready to serve.
