- Mix all ingredients other than oil,egg,2 mug water and make smooth batter.
- Now heat a pan with 2 mug salted water.
- Break egg in a bowl.
- Slowly put it in BOILED and low flamed salted water.
- Now cover it and keep gas in medium flame.
- After one minute Remove lid and look it.
- If it's done Remove it from pan.
- Repeat same process with rest of eggs.
- Now dip it in batter and fry it in hot oil.
- Again Remove it from oil.
- Dip it in batter and fry it again.
- Now serve it hot.
- You can divide batter in two parts and add colour in it.
Sim Ful Pitha is actually from Noakhali which has beautiful shape bean flower though you can make it in any shape. I used to make thick bread and cut into square; then deep fry it which is called Dimer pitha. Nowadays, 'egg chop' is also served in many party, get to gather and occasions.
